Terms of Service

Wellmum is a mobile application designed to support new mothers in their postpartum recovery through personalized training programs, nutritional tracking, and community features.

These terms govern the use of the Wellmum application and all related services.

To use Wellmum, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date personal information
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

Wellmum offers the following services:

• Personalized postpartum fitness programs tailored to your health profile
• Weight and body progress tracking with photos
• Nutritional scanning and meal tracking
• Appointments with postpartum healthcare professionals
• Community features to connect with other mothers

Wellmum offers free and premium plans. Premium features require an active paid subscription managed via Stripe.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Beta testers benefit from free access during the beta period. This access may be modified or removed at the end of the beta program.

Wellmum is a wellness companion, not a medical device. The training programs and nutritional suggestions provided are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.

Always consult your doctor or healthcare professional before starting any exercise program after childbirth. Wellmum strongly recommends obtaining medical clearance before using the fitness features.

All content in the Wellmum application — including training videos, illustrations, text, logos, and design — is the exclusive property of Wellmum SAS and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.

By using Wellmum, particularly the community features, you agree not to:

• Post offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
• Harass, intimidate, or threaten other users
• Share medical advice without appropriate qualifications
• Use the platform for commercial purposes without authorization

Wellmum is provided "as is". We strive to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the content will meet all individual needs.

Wellmum shall not be held liable for any injury, health issue, or damage resulting from the use of training programs or nutritional suggestions. You exercise at your own risk.

You may delete your account at any time from the application settings. Your data will be anonymized after a 30-day grace period, during which you can reactivate your account by logging back in.

Wellmum reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without notice.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the use of Wellmum shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
