No personalized medical advice
Your messages in the rooms are general information. For any individual case, invite the mum to book an appointment to get advice tailored to her situation.
Professional confidentiality
Never share information about your patients, nor anything that could identify them.
No solicitation
The rooms are not a commercial channel. No promotion or solicitation outside the framework provided by Wellmum.
Respect the mums' space
The rooms belong first to the mums. Step in tactfully, without monopolizing the conversation.
Reporting
Report any problematic content to moderation (inappropriate remarks, misinformation, risky situations).
Sanctions
A breach of this charter may lead to a warning, then the suspension of your access to the rooms.
