Delete my account

You can request the deletion of your Wellmum account and all associated data at any time. Here's how.

From the app

The fastest way is directly inside the Wellmum app:

  1. Open the app and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to Profile, then Account settings.
  3. Tap "Delete my account" and confirm the request.

Request deletion

Enter the email address of your account. We'll send you a link to confirm the request.

For security reasons, a confirmation email is sent to the address linked to your account. Deletion only takes effect after confirmation.

Data concerned

Permanently deleted
Your profile, personal and health information, content, activity history and preferences.

Temporarily retained
Some billing data may be retained for the legally required period (accounting and tax obligations), in a strictly limited form, before permanent deletion.

Processing time

Your request is processed within 30 days at most. A confirmation is sent to you by email once the deletion is complete. This action is permanent and irreversible.
