Wellmum connects perinatal specialists (midwives, health and wellness professionals) with mums in the postpartum period, and provides you with the tools to run your practice.

To practise on Wellmum, your identity, your qualifications and your professional liability insurance are verified. Your profile only becomes visible to mums once these checks are validated.

• Calendar and appointment booking
• Messaging with your patients
• Management of your consultation payments
• Visibility of your profile to mums

You freely set the price of your consultations. Wellmum takes a commission on each honored consultation. The breakdown (gross revenue, commission, net) is available each month on your dashboard.

You practise under your sole responsibility, in compliance with the ethical rules of your profession, professional confidentiality and the quality of care owed to your patients.

In the course of your practice, you may process health data. You are responsible for this processing and undertake to keep it confidential.

The app, the Wellmum brand and their content remain the exclusive property of Wellmum. No rights are granted to you beyond use of the service.

Wellmum acts as a technical intermediary. The care relationship is directly between the specialist and the mum; Wellmum cannot be held liable for professional acts.

You can close your account at any time. Wellmum may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these terms or of ethical rules.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts.
